Executive Director
As the child of a Foreign Service Officer, Jen spent much of her childhood living overseas. Upon completion of her undergraduate and graduate studies in Virginia and North Carolina, Jen moved to San Diego, CA. White there she spent 15 years working as a statistician and predictive modeler in the financial services industry. Jen left the corporate world in 2018 to make better use of her skills in the non-profit sector. She has earned a doctorate in social psychology, a master's degree in psychology and a certificate of non-profit management. Jen is thrilled to return to Virginia and is honored to be a part of the United Way of Rockbridge team.
